TCS round off their season with an informal get-together of madrigals, close-harmony and refreshments! This year is set to be very popular!

A fun & interesting day of choral singing and personal vocal health advice, with Choral Director Edward Goater & Vocal Health Coach Eloise Routledge.

Edward conducts Taunton Choral Society and the Divertimento Ensemble in a concert of Stanford, Mendelssohn. Including the beautiful Hear My Prayer by Mendelssohn. Soprano Victoria Armillotta joins TCS to sing this, along with the last three of Wagner's epic Wesendonk Lieder! 

Wonderful music expressing a journey from longing separation, to joyful reunion! 

Edward has previously adjudicated the South West/Wales section of this national competition when Somerset was hosting, and is pleased to be invited back this year to adjudicate the District Finals, along with David Hedges.

Young and highly talented musicians of all instruments and disciplines attend to display their artistry & dedication, and receive some encouraging and valuable feedback & advice.  

Edward conducts Taunton Choral Society and orchestra in this ever popular work! TCS and players have built a well deserved reputation for this particular performance over the years.

Edward has been visiting conductor for In Ecclesia over the past few months, and will direct their evensong in Wells Cathedral, coinciding with the Wells Food Festival.
